3.0 - 2 lines of singles, 3 lines of doubles
3.5 - 2 lines of singles, 3 lines of doubles
4.0 - 2 lines of singles, 3 lines of doubles
4.5 - 2 lines of singles, 3 lines of doubles
5.0 - 1 line of singles, 2 lines of doubles

Starting in June 2012 - Adult league will change to the 18+ league. The format will remain the same and the season and day of week will remain unchanged.
